How Do I sign up for my Website?

Select the plan that suit your needs best. If you have trouble deciding, please feel free to contact us and we will guide you to the best plan that suits your needs.

Once you select “sign Up Now” button, you will be directed to our store. There, you can sect the plan and make your purchase, you will receive an email containing our service agreement form and a list of requirements so that our marketing team may begin writing your content and start to create your website for you.

 

What will my website look like?

Your website look and feel modern. It will be created using the latest trends and technology. Your website will be all about your company and as a partner, it will maintain the brand and style of AquaGuard5000.com.

 

Now that I made my purchase, what happens now?

After your purchase, you will receive an email from one of our Graphic Design team to gather the information that they need to create your website for you. This information will include, your company name, website URL if any, pictures of your store etc.

Please gather all this information as soon as you can in order to avoid delays in delivering your project within schedule.

 

When will my website be made live on the Web?

The duration of each project is dependent on the plan that you selected and the time it takes you to send our graphic design team all the required information.

For example, if you have purchased the gold plan and sent our team the required information about your company, from the date of receipt, the completion time will be between 2 – 3 weeks.

 

Can I Upgrade?

You are able to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with 30 day notice.

 

What is the duration of the contract?

Our plans are billed on a monthly basis or annually. We do require payment on the beginning of each month and require 30 day written notice for cancellation.

 

Can I cancel my contract or Put a Hold on my plan?

You are free to cancel with 30 day written notice. Your contract will terminate at the end of the cancellation month.

Although, for Search Engine ranking purposes, we do not recommend putting your account on hold. If you wish to temporarily put your account on hold regardless, we are able to place your account on hold for 90 days at the charge of $55 per month. At this time, your website will not be visible.

Please note: cancellation of contract will not entitle you to a refund that was paid for the website that was created for you.
