TCLP adopted by the US Environmental Protection Agency.

The TCLP contains 40 constituents that are considered a hazardous waste.

TCLP or Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure is a chemical analysis process used to determine whether there are hazardous elements present in a material. The test involves a simulation of leaching through testing procedures as to provide a rating that can prove there are no dangerous chemicals to the public or environment. The TCLP contains 40 constituents that are considered a hazardous waste. 

Aquatic Technologies Group has provided samples to an independent laboratory for analytical chemical extraction testing of AquaGuard 5000 Ice Blue and White Coating materials to the most current NELAC Standards. NELAC Standards are standards adopted by the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference. 

The leaching testing results for silver, arsenic, barium, cadmium, lead, and selenium have past all testing results and evaluations and have passed all testing results and evaluations and have been approved by the Department of Health for State Approval. (Number 9590 9402 48399032 0576 24)
